Customer Service Manager

what you will be doing

• providing excellent customer care support to the business
• act as a main point of contact between customer and the company
• oversee, manage, and troubleshoot the order taking process to ensure smooth delivery of products
• work closely with the reporting staff to grow and develop their skills and quality of service
• processing new orders in the system, and communicate the specifications to other departments
• answering calls, inquiries, and providing information to customers
• writing, amending, and sending documents and communications; reporting to upper management
• handle customer complaints, investigate and solve problems, provide expertise
• manage the project/order life cycle

what you NEED to be successful in this role:

• exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• exceptional investigative, negotiating, and analytical skills
• 2-5 years experience in a customers/client service capacity
• 2-4 years of order management experience
• experience with MS Navision software considered a strong asset
• experience with ERP software a must have
• intermediate-advanced knowledge of MS Office
• dynamic and friendly with an upbeat personality
