· $18 per hour
· 18 months contract
· extensive training
· great location in Vaughan PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Document all processes and procedures
• Coordinating user’ requests
• Maintain and update AS400 user option as per user request
• Accurately document and update records in required systems.

• Keep track on hardware and software inventory
• Understand all programs, systems, and procedures.

• Following up with programmers/IT supports for outstanding tasks.

• Make recommendations to implement improved processes.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

what you NEED to be successful in this role:
· excellent verbal and written communication skills, clear and concise speaking abilities.

· university or college degree in business, administrative studies or any other related degree
· 1 years’ experience in a data entry role
· computer savvy and ability to be trained and become proficient with various software applications
· able to prepare professional proposal and explain products
· able to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
· strong attention to detail
· self-starter with the ability to work independently with very little supervision.
