The Programmatic Specialist is a digital media subject matter expert for Loblaw Media and will be tasked with executing and managing programmatic media campaigns for Loblaw Media.

This role will be reporting directly into the Sr.

Manager, Ad Technology & Performance, and will be primarily focused on driving the internal business’ programmatic efforts forward.

What you will do:
• Will be responsible to execute, and monitor programmatic media campaigns (display, video, native, etc.) across internal and external vendor partners
• Develop and execute paid media campaigns that adhere to target KPIs: such as conversion rate, reach, offline sales, CPA, ROAS, etc.

• Champions a testing-and-learning mentality across all levels.

Analyzes & interprets data points across different paid marketing efforts and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.

• Stakeholder in managing and maximizing value from platform and technology partner relationships, as well as relationships with our publisher partners for scaling programmatic inventory availability
• Compile accurate and timely weekly, periodic, and post-campaign reporting.

• Work collaboratively with different cross-functional teams, including marketing, strategy, creative & design, analytics, and product.

What you will need:
• 3 years of experience with programmatic buying platforms at an agency, brand or publisher
• Strong technical experience with advertising and analytics platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
• Data-driven mentality and a curiosity to dive deeper into campaign and channel analyses across multiple platforms.

• Collaborative, resourceful, and self-directed individual and team-player.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and operate in a fast-paced work environment.
