Customer Service – Office furniture


This is a Full-time position in Vaughan, ON posted December 27, 2018.

Job Description Responsibilities And Duties( Key Performance Expectations)
· Responsible for contacting/coordinating scheduling of deliveries & installations with Clients
· Planning/ scheduling deliveries with Installers
· Support timelines of deliverables-Verify shipping departure & arrival
· Out of Town D&I follow up with Installers to obtain completed project sign off
· Sales/Dealer Support
· Coordinate COD Payment
· Ensuring product is available for installer pick up/delivery by pulling/staging product beforehand
· Communicate with Client pre & post work to ensure satisfaction
· Communicating with Vendors/Manufacturers
· Coordinating parts/vendor replacements for damaged product
· Troubleshoot Client inquiries regarding deliveries/installation
· Identify/Resolve Client complaints
· Assist with all facets of the business: Customer Service/ Accounting/Design/Logistics/ Shipping & Receiving/Vendors/Manufacturer ’s
· Other duties may be assigned REQUIRED SKILL SET: In order to thrive in our fast-paced, highly flexible work environment the candidate must possess the following: Strong communication skills (English written, English reading, and English verbal) Self-motivated individual who has a “can-do” attitude and “no task is too big or too small” attitude Solid time management skills and the ability to multi task/prioritize and work under tight deadlines A keen sense of urgency and understanding of various priority levels when dealing with different levels within the organization Demonstrated excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities Capable of sourcing answers/solutions from a variety of available resources Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with Customers both internal/external Ability to work on complex tasks, with little or no direct supervision Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor with strong customer service skills.

Capable of working independently and within a team environment MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: University Degree or College Diploma; Minimum 2 years previous Customer Service experience; 1-2 years of experience within Distribution industry; Proficient at MS Word and Excel and Outlook Customer focused with excellent phone presence.
