Publications Coordinator On behalf of our client in the Automotive Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Publications Coordinator.

Publications Coordinator – Job Description Manage and schedule French translation projects and track using project tracking database.

Complete billing of translation charges to A/P by month end Draft and circulate technical publications and service bulletins for all product lines according to established protocols Arrange French translation and upload to dealer network website and Service Express aftermarket website Coordinate the review of new model Auto Owner’s Manuals, Navigation Manual and Service Manual drafts to ensure accuracy of Canadian content prior to production Review draft schedules and monitor review/submission dates to ensure reviews are completed as required Coordinate the translation and print production of Canadian Owner’s Manuals and Navigation Manuals Ensure manuals are published on eBiz and corporate sites by on sale date Coordinate the review/editing and production of personalized settings worksheets in time for mass production and manage upload to dealer website Reprint worksheets as needed based on monthly shipping report Coordinate allocation of French Owner’s Manual/Warranty Information kits to HCM factory for Civic and CR-V vehicles assigned to Quebec through Direct to Dealer Program Track inventory at Quebec compounds on a bi-weekly basis and arrange manual shipments to maintain inventory levels Publications Coordinator – Mandatory Skills College diploma in Business Administration, Communications or related discipline 3-5 years administrative and/or communications experience, preferably in the automotive industry Experience in the following experience is a definite asset: Automotive service information systems Content Management System (CMS) management Project management Translation management Vendor management Production scheduling and print production Planning/organizational skills Negotiation/decision making skills Advanced computer skills (MS Office suite) Desktop publishing skills (Adobe product suite) Interpersonal/relationship building skills Customer service orientation Develops and maintains good working relationships with all members of the team.

Develops and maintains good working relationships within North America as well as all other internal and external stakeholders.

Develop, establish and maintain good working relationships with North America suppliers, partners, consultants, stakeholders and other network contacts.
