* Vaughan, ON* $19-$20/hr depending on experience * Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 4:30 pm with very rare overtime * Benefits, life insurance, company matched RRSP Here in Canada, getting clean water is usually just as easy as turning on a faucet.But a reliable supply of clean water is a privilege and is becoming a critical challenge in many areas around the world. We’re looking for a material handling warehouse associate who has experience in receiving, shipping and order picker/packer to join us as we pursue our vision to become a world-leading provider of environmentally friendly piping systems for industry and utility markets with a focus on water cycle applicationsMaterial Handling Warehouse Associate:You’re a hard-working, reliable, hands-on order picker/packer who has experience working in a shipping/receiving warehouse environment. Your main purpose in this role is to get orders out the door quickly, efficiently and accurately. Your secondary role in this position is to receive inbound orders accurately and ensure all orders are placed in the correct bin locations as well in the SAP.You’ll process orders, conduct quality checks, and ensure that the packages are out for delivery on time. You’ll load materials onto trucks with a forklift and prepare courier waybills all while working safely and keeping your work area organized for optimal efficiency.  You’ll work together with a small team of professionals to ensure the shipping/receiving process runs smoothly and that you end the day successfully. We supply all the special safety equipment and training you’ll need to be successful in this role.  We recognize hard workers and we want to keep talent in the company. We also offer 4-Directional lift training for employees who show potential, as well as other great opportunities to acquire new skills. If this sounds like a rewarding role for you, keep reading!  Responsibilities:  * Perform daily shipping/receiving tasks (verifying inbound shipments/picking orders / double checking orders / packing / loading trucks / dealing with customers at the pick-up counter, etc.)* Work closely with all shipping team members in a way that integrates the team into a solid unit* Perform housekeeping duties as required Compensation:This is a full time position reporting directly to the shipping team lead. We are currently located in Vaughan. Hours of work are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week with very rare overtime. Compensation for this role is between $19 – $20 per hour depending on your experience.
