Inside Account Manager – Technology Solutions

About the role: 

Working as part of our Technology Inside Sales Team, you will be responsible for growing and developing Technology sales within your assigned group of accounts. You will build relationships with your customers over the phone and help provide solutions for current and future technology requirements. Utilizing the latest products and services and partnering with industry leading vendors and resources, you will strategically sell creative technology solutions to customers business needs. 


What will I do? 

  • Build relationships with your clients over the phone to enable growth and development of your accounts.  
  • Identify technology product and services opportunities within your accounts by prospecting and uncovering new customer relationships. 
  • Collaborate with our outside sales team and support client calls to uncover, solution, and sell technology products and services.  
  • Leverage and partner with industry leading experts, vendors, and pre-sales resources to help find answers and solutions for your customers current and future technology requirements. 
  • Champion continuous learning by attending ongoing training (live or virtual) 


What experience do I need? 

  • 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within a technology-related industry or technology reseller 
  • Knowledgeable of current technology in the marketplace while staying on top of new trends 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with both customers and our outside salesforce 
  • Strong customer service skills 
  • Able to work independently and as an integral part of a phenomenal team 
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
