In this role you will develop your knowledge of the group benefits industry, responding to client enquires, providing analytical support, problem solving and tackling new challenges everyday with the guidance and expertise of seasoned colleagues who care.

Certified Employee Benefits Specialist – CEBS, insurance license, and actuarial designation) are not required, but would be an asset Advanced Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Excellent communication, project management, collaboration, and presentation skills Experience working in a high-paced, growth environment OUR CULTURE STARTS WITH YOU We are looking for SELF-STARTERS with an ENTREPRENEURIAL mindset who will take OWNERSHIP of their business We want you to be INNOVATIVE and open to sharing your ideas You work with URGENCY while providing a high level of PROFESSIONAL SERVICE towards our customers, communities, & colleagues.
