What can you expect in this role?

Provide quantitative analysis of individual broker results including trends in results and gaps to plan for Business Development Advisors, Business Development Director, and regional managers.

Maintenance and/or monitoring of branch/region tools using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Cognos, SalesForce, and Broker Segmentation applications.

Support the Quebec region and the Business Development team in various growth and development initiatives for different lines of business.

In-depth portfolio analysis for rehabilitation programs and cancellations.

Organizing, planning, and supporting activities and events for the region in collaboration with the Business Development team.

Offer analytic support to the Quebec region and the Business Development team.

Monthly review of broker results.

Support the Business Development Director and various departments with information and analysis.

Keep regional tools up-to-date for the region with different software.

Prepare reports, compile results to compare regional results to goals.

Compile broker results and submit the highlights and results to Business Development Advisors and Director, as well as the other branch managers, and suggest solutions to help them get ready for meetings with brokers.

Prepare, organize, and structure different broker events in the industry and company.

What do you bring to the role?

University degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration General knowledge on P&C insurance industry Specialized skills, which require knowledge of systems (Excel, Cognos, Access, SalesForce, Word, PowerPoint) Minimum 1 year experience Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong verbal and written communication and analytic skills (bilingualism required) We also take potential into consideration.
