Customer Value Lead

This is a Full-time position in Vaughan, ON posted August 3, 2022.

Core Accountabilities The role encompasses the following four functions: Develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels of customers organization Increase Raven value for customers by identifying, achieving, and managing operational improvement projects for customers using Raven contextual data and tools Achieve revenue growth and references from customers Provide thoughtful input to product strategy based on customer interaction.

Develop and Maintain Relationships Identify key members of the customer’s team and develop relationships Provide an appropriate cadence of contact for the account and the stage of Raven engagement.

Serve as the voice of the customer to drive improvement across all areas Document relationships status in the Customer Value Plan Increase Raven Value to Customers Accountable for delivering the Customer Value for Raven deployments Understand and document customer’s manufacturing operations, processes, organizational structure and OPEX/CI program maturity.

Identify customer’s business context and current major pains Work with customers to identify areas of improvement in their operations to deliver ongoing Customer value Identify and deploy Focus Improvement Projects (FIP) to support the customer improvement initiatives Document business and operational context in the Customer Value Plan Collaborate with technical teams to assist in triaging customer technical issues or product Conduct ongoing customer training Achieve revenue growth and references from Customers Identify opportunities and drive expansion with current accounts to continue to provide exceptional value to customers Develop and communicate business-case studies from the results of the FIPs Develop and discuss technical and value-based program proposals Manage, with Technical Value Lead, the implementation of operational improvement projects at customer sites.

Provide thoughtful input to product Strategy.

Identify common requirements resulting from customer input and requests.

Document customer needs and requirements in the Customer Value Plan PREFERRED SKILLS Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering A background in manufacturing operations, or long exposure to manufacturing operations.

An understanding of Operational Excellence and/or Lean Manufacturing Demonstrates enjoyment in engaging customers in discussions and a profound curiosity about customer needs.

Team Player who works well with Raven technology leads to ensure a practical and timely resolution for customers.

Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) Demonstrates both experience and the self-discipline to provide good project management and follow-up for customers and documentation of customer needs and requirements.

Self-motivated to develop a thorough understanding of the Raven technology and service offerings.

Disciplined in documentation of open customer issues and requirements Demonstrates enjoyment of learning new skills and enjoys working with data Listens well for customer needs; understands and interprets requirements well Is not satisfied with the status quo and will always want to push forward.

Enjoys working in a consensus-based environment where the team moves forward together.

Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
