and McKesson Corporation.

Job Title: Data & Insight Analyst Location: London, United Kingdom Job Purpose: The Data & Insight Analyst is a key role in the development, and integration of data analytics and business intelligence necessary for supporting the mission, vision, strategies, objectives, and goals of the business.

This role has the responsibility of activities within the data analytics, insight and research, capabilities of ClarusONE.

These capabilities underpin business decision making, enabling a wide range of strategic business decision processes.

The team is a key enabler in driving business growth, reducing waste and supporting automation though the use of appropriate data.

This role requires strong communication skills with proven ability to analyse, interpret, and report data along with strong negotiation and relationship building skills.

The successful candidate must be capable of independent problem solving and decision making.

This position will report to the Manager
– Analytics & Insight.

This role will actively partner with all ClarusONE business functions to align and support execution of analytical exploratory initiatives, reporting/data requirements, data research and execution projects.

Success in this role will require partnership and the application of data as a capability within ClarusONE.

• Utilise qualitative and quantitative industry data to synthesize hypothesis, pilot proof of concepts, iterate solution to production and scale solution/ analysis across the organization
• Working proactively and cross functionally across the business to develop initiatives that deliver value using analytics and insight.

• Champion the use of data to support sourcing strategies while examining market channels and exploring innovative business opportunities
• Support the compilation, analysis, and reporting of data to forecast trends, apply various analytical techniques (i.e.

mathematical models and/or statistical techniques) to enable supplier and cost optimisation.

• Be an advocate and champion of the ClarusONE data and information assets
• Participate in the development of analytical products that compile, analyse, and report on data using multiple technologies; gather requirements and modelling criteria leveraging agile methodology
• Maintain a robust, compliant and performant data and reporting environment including processes, people, and platforms.

• Maintain SOX compliant documentation and support all SOX related activities and audit
• Recommend process changes to achieve minimal error rates.

Track errors and improve process efficiencies.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners and internal clients
• Leverage analytical capabilities, problem solving skills and with proven ability to make recommendations based on data
• Demonstrate the ability to independently and quickly identify solutions to complex problems through the use of data driven insights
• Present and defend complex ideas and recommendation to various level in the organisation (The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job.

• Bachelor’s degree level or above
• 5 years’ experience in an analytics or data centric function.

• Experience in the healthcare field, preferably in generic pharmaceuticals (sales, purchasing or distribution) preferred, though not required.

• Demonstrated consistent creative problem-solving capabilities
• Organisational and project management skills are critical using a consultative approach.

• Time management, including ability to organise and prioritise work to consistently meet critical and/or conflicting daily deadlines while ensuring the highest level of accuracy.

• Extreme attention to detail and follow-through.

• Proven ability to research, analyse and problem solve.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal, flexible and adaptive to changes in the business.

• Ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external business partners and to influence a diverse set of stakeholders.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Comfortable with ambiguity.

• Experience in applied analytics for business problem solving: analytics solution for pricing, loyalty program effectiveness, customer segmentation, customer LTV maximisation, cost and profit analysis, CRM management etc.

• Knowledge of retail pharmaceutical products and program offerings a plus.
