Job Description: As a Senior Consultant, Talent and Employee Experience, you will help promote and support talent development, align and enhance the employee experience while supporting the achievement of our business objectives.

As a member of the Talent Management team, reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Management, you will interact directly with leaders and teams in our head office, distribution center and stores across Canada.

Specifically, you will contribute to the development and management of leadership development programs, assist in the review of key talent management processes such as performance management and succession management, and work to develop Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategies, action plans and initiatives.

The normal work schedule is a hybrid of 2 days per week in the office/field and 3 days remotely .

What you do: In partnership with external resources, design, implement and manage leadership development programs for managers and employees.

Manage and evolve talent management programs and processes.

Support the development of strategy, action plans and implementation of programs and initiatives including the development of a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) dashboard.

You will work in partnership with Corporate Communications and the DEI Advisory Committee.

Develop and implement initiatives to align and enhance the employee experience Based on business needs, you will analyze, develop and manage large-scale projects, internal consultations and programs.

Who you are: Undergraduate degree in human resources, organizational development or related field of study.

Graduate studies are an asset.

Five years of experience in a specialized employee experience and development or organizational development role.

Demonstrated experience in the development of leadership development programs and initiatives, talent management processes, DEIand employee experience initiatives.

Interest in and expertise with DEIissues.

Demonstrated ability to present, facilitate and lead focus groups, training sessions and work groups, Demonstrated ability to develop visual presentations and reference materials tailored to different audiences.

Must be a bilingual communicator (written and verbal), including facilitation and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint with strong visual presentation skills and attention to detail.
