about this team As a Senior eCommerce Category Specialistfor NA Ecommerce, you are responsible for driving the near to mid-term ecommerce guest experience and category performance.

This position is responsible for helping optimize lululemon’s website to increase conversion and drive sales primarily through product content and online merchandising strategies.

Work will be highly collaborative, with cross functional partners including merchandising, product management, marketing, brand creative, analytics and others within the digital organization.

This role requires a passion for all things digital with a comprehensive understanding of the ecommerce marketplace, including macro trends, major relevant players and industry best practices.

a day in the life: what you’ll do Represent and support with larger cross functional projects from an ecommerce perspective for strategic initiatives as well key brand and commercial moments throughout the year.

Partner with cross-functional partners to drive requirements for key initiatives to improve website experience across all categories.

As a subject matter expert of theeCommerce Category Specialistfunction, lead the implementation, communication and change management of new tools to alleCommerce Category Specialists.

Create best practices and performance benchmarks for new tools through regular analysis of website performance.

Lead day to day operational aspects of the business, including addressing guest and internal team’s feedback and requests.

Monitor and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly on performance against objectives and addressing regional business needs.

Work with Digital Marketing, Brand, and Merchandising teams in the creation, planning, and execution of ecommerce related marketing strategies.

Understand the impact of search terms and highest visited areas of the category and implement tactics to provide a tailored guest experience.

Provide personalized experience through partnership with Analytics and Guest Insight teams.

Partner with Merchandising and Planning to build knowledge and insights of the online path to purchase behavior and with the data identify category performance trends and opportunities Execute assortment strategies and product assortment online.

Consulting the brand calendar, ensure website is updated to reflect key products, categories, and events to drive business objectives and ultimately increase conversion rate Responsible for weekly look and feel of category and integration into consistent feel of website Supports with the on-boarding process and on the job training for new team members qualifications 3-5 years in ecommerce merchandising or ecommerce buying/merchandise planning Experience with large sku counts or complex and diverse assortments Strong understanding and comfort with web analytics and financial analysis Ability to lead and influence within a matrix organization Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and ability to work in a team Highly organized and exceptional attention to detail Strong problem solving, decision making, and project management Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high paced work environment BA in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications would be an asset must haves Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.
