Bell’s Field Services team is proud to be the face of the Bell brand, performing the best installation and repair services and maintaining Bell’s network for our residential and business customers.

The Contract Management Services (CMS) team is accountable for managing all 3rd party suppliers for Field Services.

The team is focused on a 3-year strategic plan to deliver savings, quality and operation efficiencies for Field Services.

Our team’s focus is vendor strategy and operational execution.

The Contract Manager will define the scope of vendor requirements, work with Procurement to execute contracts and then have operational accountability for the life of executed contracts.

Contract managers provide stringent oversight and day-to-day management of the vendors work including quality, performance, health & safety, billing.

You will be required to provide strategic input and direction on various projects, some under NDA.

This team is filled will fast paced forward thinking members with a strong strategic business acumen.

This is a unique role within Field Services.

The Successful candidate will also need to, on -occasion collaborate with subject matter experts in order to continuously improve contractor oversight.

Job Duties/Accountabilities: Work diligently with our support team to integrate new processes into CMS Help shape the maintenance database in which we will keep track of all contractor LOI across the country Create new scorecards and managing all changes with respect to project portfolios, while ensuring other initiatives are kept up to date Manage daily vendor interactions and general correspondence Strong attention to detail Strong business acumen Strong sense of autonomy and initiative Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Advanced MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Experience managing contractor and/or 3rd party vendors Strategic and outside the box thinker Ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of teams Ability to channel a ‘vision’ into concrete actions Ability to demonstrate a high standard of ethics and fairness Ability to offer multiple solutions/options to business obstacles Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
