Our client who is a leading equipment services provider specializing in leasing and rental of trailers is looking to add an Inside Sales Coordinator to their team. Location: Vaughan, Ontario.

What you’ll be doing:

As the Inside Sales Coordinator you will primarily focus on outbound calls, providing quotes, processing orders and delivering top-notch client service. You will coordinate with sales, administration and operations from start to finish of sales process in order to deliver a quality product and service to our customers. You will ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through close collaboration with multiple departments relating to client requests and responding to questions and inquiries from potential and current customers.

You are a bold, driven, customer savvy individual who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and contribute to the teams success.

How you’ll succeed:

  • You will assist the sales team in achieving pre-determined cold call, expression of interest targets and all sales targets
  • You will create, process, and maintain sales paperwork including but not limited to preparing and drafting quotes, contracts and summaries for customer review as well as assist with telephone sales inquires
  • You will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with potential customers to strengthen relationship and ensure their satisfaction is met
  • You will attend industry events or marketing activities to ensure you are continually engaged with current industry trends and relevant industry activity
  • You will build a thorough knowledge of all the products and services offered

  • You have 2-3 years experience working directly with customers in a sales related role
