Your Role: Senior Account Executive – Transportation Enterprise Asset Management This full-time, permanent position is part of the North America Government, Transportation & Defense sales team.

Requirements are to create sales initiatives, grow revenue by closing business with new logo accounts, and grow revenue in the existing customer base.

Focus of the role is Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution sales in the North American transportation industry and requires extensive knowledge of software solutions in the areas of transportation, specifically rail and transit.

Your Mission: Meet with prospective customers to advance Hexagon’s EAM value proposition.

Build and maintain pipeline through focused prospecting activities and qualifying opportunities.

Monitor the industry to gather market information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, etc.

Understand software deployment models, articulating benefits to each prospect.

Communicate Hexagon’s value proposition with transportation and transit prospects and existing clients, focusing on Hexagon EAM solutions and including complementary solutions including but not limited to: geospatial data management, imagery and lidar, security, sensors, digital twin, collaboration, and situational awareness.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional associations.

Maintain Salesforce.com records on territory, existing customers, and new opportunities.

Uncover customer problems and match Hexagon solutions.

Understand pricing models, proposal delivery, and bid response.

Candidate location: Remote, USA or Canada Qualifications Minimum of 5 years executive software sales experience.

Minimum of 5 years successfully selling Enterprise Asset Management software solutions in transportation, rail and transit.

Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of proven software solutions sales experience.

Ability to capture new logos and maintain & grow existing accounts to meet or exceed quota.

Comfort and ability in establishing and maintaining executive level relationships.

Salesforce.com experience preferred.

Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially presentation skills.

Must be results-orientated and able to work within a team/matrix environment.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Travel up to 50%.
