Here’s our story: Department Overview The Enterprise Project Delivery Excellence Core (EPDE Core) mandate is to drive delivery certainty and predictability through its corporate function, responsible for enterprise delivery policies and standards, governance and reporting, and its enterprise delivery practice.

To effectively execute against the mandate, the EPDE Core has been functionally aligned into two strategic pillars:
• Enterprise Portfolio Management & Reporting
– Portfolio orchestration and reporting to connect disparate change efforts (e.g.

projects, themes, epics, etc.) to provide a holistic view across all investments.

Assess and communicate change efforts across multiple dimensions, including risk, costs, resource utilization, benefits, value, timelines, etc.

• Change Execution Enterprise Oversight
– Provides Senior Executive with visibility and full transparency on highest risk change efforts executed across TD.

Builds change leader accountability for delivering committed outcomes, mitigating risks and resolving issues and adhering to policies and standards.

This role sits within the Risk & Analytics team, as part of the EPDE Enterprise Portfolio Management & Reporting pillar.

The Risk & Analytics team is accountable for identifying and managing enterprise portfolio risk, establishing standards, and governing data quality for TD’s Enterprise PPM Tool and leveraging data to develop Board and Senior Executive level insights and reports.

In addition, the Risk & Analytics team participates in EPDE-wide initiatives to continuously improve project delivery excellence.

Job Description Reporting to the Senior Manager, Portfolio Risk, the Senior Analyst, will be a part of EPDE’s Risk & Analytics team.

The Sr.

Analyst will: Produce recurring and ad hoc reports using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to interpret and present data effectively and concisely by using relevant and consumable visualization reports and dashboards Be the liaison with business partners to educate and build awareness of how to interpret the data and analytics to drive decision making that will move the business forward Provides consultative advice to guide analytics developments through regular communication with business partners/stakeholders that define business requirements and data solutions Work with Portfolio Delivery Groups (PDGs), Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A), and EPDE data partners to address data and reporting issues or changes as they arise Support data governance efforts including, but not limited to, data quality initiatives Work autonomously and accountable for their deliverables while assisting and collaborating with co-workers as needed Requirements Skills : Strong written and verbal communicator with a collaborative approach Strong business acumen with story-telling experience for senior audiences Experience working with PPM tools, Clarity preferred Ability to do ad-hoc analysis and translate that analysis into a clear, concise, actionable items for executive stakeholders Experience in a Portfolio governance or project management is an asset Great attention to detail Proficiency in using query languages, Python preferred Ability to judge the integrity of data used for analysis; and raise concerns when in doubt Ability to prioritize and manage expectations for multiple deadlines and requests Able to adapt to new requirements in a high pace environment Proficient with visualization tools, Tableau preferred Ability to produce comprehensive process documentation Strong interpersonal skills able to influence / guide stakeholders at an Enterprise level Additional Information
• University degree in Math, Computer Science, and/or Statistics is an asset
