Consumer Proactive Credit Limit Increase Manager

Job Description: The Consumer Proactive Credit Limit Increase Manager will lead a group of analysts responsible for performing strategic analysis to improve risk, profitability, performance forecasting and operational performance for consumer card proactive credit limit increase strategies.

This position requires determining key priorities for their team while also providing analytical and technical guidance to analysts to drive strategic enhancements.

Responsibilities include strategy management of core, high net worth, and ad hoc (CLIP/Boutique) credit line increase programs, and other account management functions.

Key functions involve model score use, identifying business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions, and executing strategic enhancements.

The position requires the ability to manage simultaneous complex analytic exercises while translating results into meaningful output.

Proven experience developing technical skills of their team.

Sound knowledge of SAS / SQL, financial statements, and business processes preferred.

5 years Strategy Management experience preferred.

Required Skills: Ability to work independently as a self starter and oversee a team of analysts Strong communication (oral, written) and organizational skills; must exhibit a high attention to detail and strong writing ability along with proven experience of telling a story with data Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate across multiple business lines Proven analytical ability and problem solving skills as demonstrated through 5 years related professional work experience Strong working knowledge of the process and tools used for development, validation, implementation and documentation of credit risk and/or marketing business strategies and/or models Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Be a team player and a thoughtful risk-taker Ability to communicate effectively and influence others to drive results Effective project management and organizational skills; ability to collaborate, manage, and expand relationships across the organization Previous experience presenting to Senior Management Desired Skills: Knowledge of predictive modeling concepts and how models are used to forecast P&L components Prior experience integrating models and strategies Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40
