The Opportunity The Director, Growth & Markets will report to the Managing Director, Growth & Markets and serve as a key member of the Global Audit Growth Team focused on the management of global accounts, composed of both future and existing audit clients.

This individual should have a high level of project and program management experience, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and pressurized timelines.

The Director should possess the vision and ability to bring people together across multiple perspectives to achieve global collaboration, consensus and consistency, and ensure we are continually evolving available resources.

This individual will possess a passion for client service and be effective in convening disparate groups to achieve outcomes that lead to high utilization of global resources.

What you will do Manage targeting, tracking and reporting on key accounts.

Establish a strong network across countries and regions to ensure timely reporting on account strategy for future and existing audit clients.

Engage with markets professionals to drive data-driven insights: Evolve client account management to ensure we have accurate data on potential tenders; that all stakeholders are informed and accountable for effective and timely response Collaborate across the Global Audit Leadership Team to ensure we are leveraging opportunities to expand client value propositions within each set of accountabilities Monitor, update and collaborate on pursuit resources: Working closely with pursuit professionals across the network to ensure we are continually evolving and upscaling globally consistent materials, market-driven insights, and data, making these readily available across the network Additional Audit Growth-related accountabilities: Provide collaborative support to the Managing Director, Growth & Markets for presentations, documentation and other materials related to a variety of leadership committess and forums What you bring to the role Deep experience in a client-centric environment handling sensitive, highly confidential internal and client information and knowledge Strong project management and prioritization capabilities with a proven ability to handle complex interactions across functions and geographies Ability to develop working relationships with the most senior people across the firm, including partners and practice group leaders Very strong organizational skills, with experience in anticipating and de-escalating potential issues and conflicts A strong sense of urgency and flexibility University degree or equivalent post-secondary, coupled with 1 0
