Purpose The Director of Innovation is responsible to provide leadership and direction to the Global Enterprise Technology Innovation team and its initiatives.

He/She will be responsible to research emerging trends and technologies, partner with various business & technology teams in the bank and identify opportunities to deliver production solutions.

The person will also be responsible for growing the adoption & technology reusability of the existing portfolio of products, building business cases and ensuring there is a roadmap for ROI.

Some of the Key Accountabilities include: Supporting strategic sponsorship, partnership and thought leadership with business & technology partners around innovative technology solutions Developing, planning and strategizing on opportunities that will produce productionized solutions Managing a team of technology and business professionals (business analysts, product specialists, software engineers, data scientists etc.) Initiating and leading discussions to support design/architecture/development with emerging technology solutions (ex.
