Learn more at We are looking for a Director of People to help us grow our team and nurture our amazing team members.

We’re a startup of 45 full-time team members, distributed across 15 countries.

This role focuses on building, developing, and retaining a great team.

You will help us design and develop processes to support employees do their best work.

You will also manage HR operations and initiatives to onboard, support, develop, and retain our teammates.

You will work closely with the leadership team, as well as internal and external recruiters.

You are a problem solver with strong attention to detail, an ownership mindset, excellent networking skills, great at partnering with leadership and third parties, and you have a prowess for building and supporting strong and diverse teams.
