In-person connection is important to us, so we get together regularly for special events, collaboration days and team socials.

We ask our team members to work onsite from our Kitchener facility for a minimum of 60 hours per month.

The Director of Partnerships and Growth is responsible for helping to build a funnel and strategy around the BD teams’ portfolios.

This role will have managerial responsibilities of both direct and indirect reports.

Reporting to the Chief Business Development and Partner Officer, the successful candidate will be well versed in consultative selling while being able to partner with internal stakeholder to design solutions to connect our Member Founders with Partners.

You have excellent customer relationship abilities and strong communication skills that you will routinely leverage to foster strong partnerships and create new ones.

The successful candidate will have a growth mindset enabling them to contribute with a perspective on ideas and strategies.

What you’ll be doing: Manage the full sales cycle, developing partnerships and growth strategies through direct and inbound sales.

Assist in setting monthly and annual financial goals with internal stakeholders.

Identify strategies to increase our customer base and client revenue.

Coordinate with the department leads to pitch and win business.

Analyze sales and revenue data for clean reporting.

Operationalize processes for a founder and client first culture.

Foster a transparent culture to collaborate on the growth of existing accounts.

Comfortable pitching complex solutions such as our Future of X partnerships.

Prepare client proposals, agreements and or presentations.

Routinely report activities on Communitech’s SalesForce CRM.

Driven to exceed fiscal financial targets.

Qualifications: Intermediate to senior business/customer development experience Evidence of success in achieving performance objectives through identifying business opportunities and developing relationships A people person with strong communication skills Team player Self-motivated, passionate and enthusiastic Ability to work individually and as part of a team Previous experience in Salesforce is a strong asset Active listener and strategic Goal oriented To Apply Please apply online along with your resume and cover letter.
