Lead IAM Engineer – Active Directory

Job Description We are looking for a Lead Engineer
– Active Directory to provide technical expertise, leadership, and guidance over complex identity projects.

Research and advocate for innovation and continuous improvement across all levels for requirements gathering, planning, delivery and support of Directory Services program.

About the Role As a Lead IAM Engineer
– Active Directory you will: Be Subject Matter E:xpert: Provide Subject Matter Expertise and Leadership to teams for current and future delivery, support and maintenance of the Directory Services across the identity landscape Identify and assess industry trends in identity products and information security Provide highly skilled technical input to tactical and strategic planning and serves as highest-level point of escalation during major service incidents Take ownership of risks associated with business activities, ensures they are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled Design and deliver: Provide detailed implementation or project plans across multiple, complex work streams according to agreed standards and ensures project process and timelines are understood and followed Produce, deliver, and maintain high quality documentation for systems in accordance with standards and controls Lead the definition and implementation of improved operability on new and current systems Follows security, risk, and compliance corporate policies and best practice procedures for business activities.

Provides specialist support during complex and/or major incidents Be collaborative: Collaborates with business, third party vendors, developers, application support and technical operation groups to determine appropriate hardware/software needed, and to resolve any issues impacting the application processes.

Responsible to seek out all information and to fully understand all aspects of each device’s technology configuration and uses all approved engineering tools available to implement conforming change.

Reviews and coordinates the implementation of proposed modifications, and changes to the production environment.

Able to communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences and transfer knowledge to other teams or more junior staff.

About You: You are a fit for the Lead IAM Engineer
– Active Directory if you have : Min 6 years direct experience with Active Directory Domain Services, ADFS, Kerberos, LDAP, GPOs, group and role mapping, DNS, and DHCP Experience working with and implementing solutions leveraging Azure AD and AADC 3 years working with cloud-based infrastructure, including AWS, Azure 3 years’ PowerShell scripting experience Desired Technical Qualifications: Certification in AWS, Azure Knowledge of Quest product suite, ARS, RMAD, CA, GPOAdmin Experience working in Agile framework Google cloud experience a plus CASB experience a plus Education requirements: B.S.

Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 6 years of infrastructure experience demonstrating depth of technical understanding within a specific discipline(s)/technology(s) To include 5 years’ experience in Systems Operations environment supporting complex environment deployment and infrastructure management activities in a global information technology environment Information Security certifications is a plus (CISSP, CEH, CISM.
