Operations Manager Responsibilities Ensures site operations comply with the financial, operational, and security procedures, policies, and programs Monitors operational performance metrics and suggests operational improvements Identifies needed performance improvements Makes recommendations for reactive and proactive change Provides the GM with information to assist with long-term strategic planning Develops and implements CPC schedules and tracks all vacations, time off, leaves, etc.
