In addition, you will be able to assist our partners overcome deployment obstacles.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES Responsible for relationships with, and competence of, partners deployment practices Schedule, coordinate and deliver onsite and remote partner training sessions Create and improve department processes such as: partner certification eligibility, partner evaluation, deployment audits, access to and use of learning management system, design validation and as built Assist partners with questions and issues during deployment Mentor, coach and oversee staff development, growth and success Solicit and track partner feedback and requests for product enhancements and review with the Product team Maintain and revise the Partner Enablement training curriculum Work with the Documentation team to author and update training content Facilitate and engage with partners participating in shadowing Upstream project deployment teams Direct coworkers through enablement training as part of their onboarding Work closely with Sales team on pre-sales partner enablement Ensure deployment and maintenance of training environments REQUIREMENTS 5 years experience building relationships and training partners or customers, preferably within the contact centre industry.

Highly organized with ability to multi task, prioritize time while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience within the Cisco Contact Centre space is a huge advantage.
