Our team consists of highly experienced, business and digital experience strategists, researchers, product specialists, and communication designersand potentially you too AS A STRATEGY MANAGER YOU: Advise and contribute to business growth Cultivate and support the growth of client business; identify and recommend new opportunities for clients, and support strategic proposals for existing and prospective clients Provide senior-level consulting, planning, and leadership on dedicated strategy projects Manage and mentor more junior strategy team members on projects and on professional growth plans Bring facts and insights to life Design and lead research initiatives to uncover business, customer, cultural, technological, and industry/macro-level insights Bring your research to life through the creation of various strategic deliverables, including insight-opportunity frameworks, vision and value propositions, OKRs and strategic imperatives, customer journeys, experience blueprints, ecosystem maps, KPI frameworks, concept roadmaps, etc.

Use data and insights to create compelling and well-justified recommendations for the client’s business products and services Devise human-centric, digital strategies Use divergent design thinking techniques to identify and generate valuable product and service concepts Prepare and utilize a range of validation and/or prioritization methods to determine the desirability, viability and feasibility of potential solutions Help quantify opportunities, both internally and with clients, understanding what constitutes a big idea or a small one, what could transform a product or a category, and what is right for the challenge at hand Write actionable, user-focused, business-minded strategies having applied creative thinking and deep commercial expertise Plan and manage strategy projects end-to-end, ensuring the requisite processes and resources are in place for successful delivery and exceptional client results Inspire and guide clients towards outcomes Develop and articulate compelling presentations for external clients and internal briefings Facilitate internal and external parties through various activities (i.e.

workshops, planning, retrospectives, demos, etc.) Continuously engage the client, other stakeholders, and the team to ensure the team is building the right product and delivering against the defined strategy Evaluate results and help optimize solutions post-launch Continually evolve and grow Continuously learn about disruptive industries, consumer, and business trends Provide thought leadership to clients, team members, and the broader Apply Digital organization Provide leadership and mentorship to more junior members on the Strategy team; help guide the growth of their careers by way of dedicated coaching and career planning Contribute to the Strategy Team’s evolving practice methodology WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 6 years of experience in a strategy / digital experience design role 2 years of experience in a consulting or agency company MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in related field is an asset Strong experience in digital and customer experience strategy Strong experience in research (primary and secondary) as well as workshop design and facilitation Strong experience working directly with and influencing clients Understanding of / exposure to technology solutions, platforms, applications, etc that enable digital experiences; demonstrating the relationship between customer experience and key backend enablers Excellent data analysis and research skills The resilience to work in a flexible, start-up environment Collaborative spirit; team player Initiative; able to juggle multiple projects at once LIFE AT APPLY Educational opportunities across the entire company, and within your area of expertise Robust Medical, Optical, Dental, and Extended Health Benefits plan Regular team and company events (curling, karaoke, escape rooms, and more) Flexible vacation policy Regular team and company meals Growth in your role alongside the company’s growth ABOUT APPLY We are an innovation, products, and experiences company.
